Cardinal Rule Cleaning provides house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning and office and commercial cleaning across the Triangle, NC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Cardinal Rule Cleaning, and "this website" means cardinalrulecleaning.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote, you give us the details you type into the form:
- The service you want and, for office and commercial cleaning, the type of space
- Your name, phone number and ZIP code
- Your email address, if you choose to give one
- Details about your space: bedrooms, bathrooms and approximate square feet
- How often you want service and your preferred date
- Anything you add in the notes box
We also record which page of this website you sent the request from.
Some information is handled automatically. Our hosting provider processes each request your browser makes to this website and keeps server logs. When you submit the quote form, the submission also appears in those logs. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them, and Google receives standard connection information such as your IP address.
The code of this website does not set its own cookies, and we have not added analytics or advertising trackers to it.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and give you a quote
- To schedule and provide cleaning service
- To follow up with you about your quote and your service
We do not sell your personal information.
Who handles your information for us
We use a few service providers to run this website and handle quote requests:
- Vercel hosts this website and processes quote form submissions, including in its logs
- Airtable stores the quote requests we receive
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on this website
We may share information when the law requires it. Apart from that, we use your information to run our business, not for anyone else's marketing.
Text messages
By submitting the quote form, you agree that we may contact you about your quote and service by phone, text or email. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent to third parties for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep quote request information for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you, provide service and keep our business records.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you gave us. Send a message through the notes box of our quote form, or reply to any message we send you, and tell us what you would like changed. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date below.
